Nach dem Doktoratsstudium der Betriebswirtschaft (summa cum laude) war Dr. Holleis als Universitäts-Assistent in Innsbruck tätig, ehe er für zwei Jahre ein Post-Graduate-Studium in Harvard (USA) anschloss. Danach war Dr. Holleis als Controlling-Leiter der Imperial Hotels Austria AG (Bristol, Imperial) in Wien sowie zwei Jahre als Assistent der Hochschule St. Gallen (Schweiz) tätig. Für drei Jahre wechselte er in die Wissenschaft (Hochschule St. Gallen), wo er sich auch als Autor von Fachbüchern einen Namen machte, bevor er ab 1990 die Holleis-Hotelgruppe mit 5 Hotels aufbaute.

After that, Dr. Holleis worked as Head of Controlling at Imperial Hotels Austria AG (Bristol, Imperial) in Vienna and as an assistant at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) for two years. For three years he switched to science (St. Gallen University), where he also made a name for himself as an author of specialist books, before building up the Holleis hotel group with 5 hotels from 1990 onwards.

A lot of hard work, ambition and commitment is your key to success. She has been working at Rudolfshütte for 10 years, as director since winter 2018. She conscientiously manages the processes in the hotel. The native Hungarian has a small family and lives not only on the mountain but also in Uttendorf. Satisfying all "hut residents" is an interesting task with special challenges in our explicit location.

Silvia has been in the Weißsee Glacier World since 1997! In addition to the office management, she is also responsible for correspondence and reservations in the hotel. Speed, cleanliness and accuracy were put into her cradle. With great skill, she agrees all of her responsibilities and areas of responsibility in an exemplary manner. Due to her long service, Silli is also the first point of contact for all open questions.

Our head chef Jule has been running the Rudolfshütte kitchen for 5 years. It is a special task not only to have the kitchen team under control but also the cost of goods. Fresh deliveries of goods must be precisely tailored to the conditions - times of the gondola - cold, etc. He values regional products, most of which are supplied by the Wedl company. You can also rely on the daily bread delivery from Sepp (Haberl bakery in Uttendorf). After a strenuous winter season, Jule prefers to relax in his home town of Rovinj / Croatia on a boat in the Kvarner Bay before the preparations for the summer season begin ...

Flo, as everyone calls him, was born in Iasi / Romania. After completing his training as a seaman, he traveled on ships on the Danube and the Black Sea. When the fleet was sold, he retrained to become a locksmith. As a caretaker and all-rounder, he got to know the house - without a word of German, he learned the language in a very short time with the help of his colleagues and a small dictionary. He has been working at the Rudolfshütte for 11 years - as a house technician, now he not only knows the hut, but also the surrounding mountains from all sides as part of his hobby.

Another hobby of Flo is online gambling, while he working in the navy, he loved to play online bitcoin slots with free spins. Theresa is a native of Carinthia. A few years ago she and her family moved to the Pinzgau. She is the mother of 2 children and also runs a farm with her husband.
She has been our housekeeper since summer 2020. Theresa masters the hard work excellently and is very popular with all "house rabbits" with her sunny and happy manner.

Viel Fleiß, Ehrgeiz und Engagement ist ihr Schlüssel zum Erfolg. Schon seit 10 Jahren ist sie in der Rudolfshütte tätig, seit Winter 2018 als Direktorin. Gewissenhaft leitet sie die Abläufe im Hotel. Die gebürtige Ungarin hat eine kleine Familie und lebt nicht nur am Berg sondern auch in Uttendorf. Alle "Hüttenbewohner" zufrieden zu stellen ist in unserer expliziten Lage eine interessante Aufgabe mit besonderen Herausforderungen. 

Silvia ist schon seit 1997 in der Weißsee Gletscherwelt! Neben der Büroleitung ist sie auch für Schriftverkehr und Reservierungen im Hotel zuständig. Schnelligkeit, Sauberkeit und Genauigkeit wurden ihr in die Wiege gelegt. Mit viel Geschick vereinbart sie all ihre Zuständigkeiten und Aufgabenbereiche vorbildhaft. Aufgrund ihrer langen Dienstzeit ist Silli auch erste Anlaufstelle für alle offenen Fragen.  

Flo, wie ihn alle nennen, ist in Iasi/Rumänien geboren. Nach seiner Ausbildung zum Seemann war er auf Schiffen auf der Donau und am Schwarzen Meer unterwegs. Als die Flotte verkauft wurde hat er eine Umschulung zum Schlosser gemacht. Als Hausmeister und Allrounder hat er das Haus kennen gelernt - ohne ein Wort deutsch hat er sich die Sprache mit Hilfe seiner Kollegen und einem kleinen Wörterbuch in sehr kurzer Zeit angeeignet. Nun ist er seit 11 Jahren auf der Rudolfshütte tätig - mittlerweile kennt er als Haustechniker nicht nur die Hütte, sondern im Zuge seines Hobbies auch umliegene Berge von allen Seiten.

Theresa ist eine gebürtige Kärnterin. Sie ist vor einigen Jahren mit Ihrer Familie in den Pinzgau übersiedelt. Sie ist Mutter von 2 Kindern und führt nebenbei mit Ihrem Mann auch noch einen Bauernhof.
Seit Sommer 2020 ist sie bei uns als Hausdame beschäftigt. Theresa meistert die schwere Arbeit hervorragend und ist mit ihrer sonnigen und fröhlichen Art bei allen "Stubenhasen" sehr beliebt.
